IAM Security Program (IAM Security platform enhancement, password reset, identity normalization governance, External IAM, Internal IAM, Access Revalidation). Responsibilities: My contribution to the IAM Program consisted of leading the BA activities, defining an agile approach for timely meeting the requirements and the quality standards. I accomplished this by organizing processes validation workshops, having processes approved and validated by stakeholders and conducting Impact assessments. As for the Internal IAM project, I presented a planning and an approach, which allowed for the timely delivery of the Deliverables despite a very tight timeline. I have played a consulting and support role with business clients as well as in defining functional, NFR, informational and usage requirements. I collaborated in the preparation of the file and in the planning of the deliverables of the business analysts. I participated in the realization of the various activities including the preparation and the realization of the tests as well as the evaluation of the quality of the interventions and the implementation of corrective measures to ensure the quality of the deliverables.
